Short version: we use it to do what you asked about, and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site, and any files you attach.

An inquiry asks for your name and phone, and if you want to give them, your company, email, location and what you need. A bid request asks for your company, name, email, phone, the well location and the job details, and takes well files.

A job application asks for more, because hiring needs it: your name, phone, email and home address, the job and pay you want, whether you are 18 or older and allowed to work in the U.S., your driver's license, your experience and training, past employers, references, a typed signature, and a resume if you attach one. The application asks you not to include your Social Security number, date of birth or bank information.

This site sets no cookies and runs no ad trackers. We count anonymous page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does not identify you.

How we use it

To quote the work, answer your question, or consider you for a job, and to get back to you.

Each form becomes one email. Bid requests and inquiries go to our sales inbox. Job applications go to our main office inbox. Nothing you send is saved on the web server. Files are held in memory just long enough to attach them to the email. If that email fails to send, your name and phone number are written to the server log so we can call you back.

To slow down spam, the server counts form sends from each internet address. That count is kept in memory only and is never saved.

Who we share it with

We do not sell it or rent it. Three services handle it on the way to us: Cloudflare, which sits in front of the site, Railway, which hosts it, and Resend, which delivers the form email to our inbox. The site's typeface comes from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Other than that, we only share it if the law requires us to.
